CLIENT WELLNESS
For your safety, please inform your technician of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your service.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
REFUND
All services are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address it promptly.
PEDICURE CHAIRS
For safety and hygiene reasons, only clients receiving pedicure services are allowed to sit on the pedicure chairs.
CHILDREN SAFETY
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of our guests.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service.
They are non-refundable, treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
They are redeemable for services at their original purchase value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
COUPONS
Coupons may not be used to purchase gift certificates and cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
